3. Refunds & Service Activation

• All sales are final.

• As a service-based business, work begins immediately upon receipt of payment; therefore, no refunds or cancellations are permitted.

• Disputed or reversed transactions will not be accepted.

• We provide technical support and encourage you to contact us directly with any questions or concerns.
   

4. Service Start Schedule

• Purchases made after 12:00 PM Central Time on Monday will have services initiated on the following Tuesday.
   

5. Product Delivery & Access

• All products are one-time purchases; no subscription is required.

• Digital products must be downloaded within 30 days of purchase.

• Products are automatically delivered via email immediately after checkout.

  • If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please check your spam folder and contact support.

• The email address used at checkout cannot be changed after purchase.

• All new courses will be uploaded by April 30, 2026.
